Cancellation Policy

1. **Scheduling:** Client agrees to schedule walks in advance, providing at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Pawsitive Impact will make every effort to accommodate Client's preferred schedule. 2. **Access to Property:** Client agrees to provide Pawsitive Impact with access to the pet(s) and necessary walking equipment (leash, collar, etc.) during scheduled walk times. Pawsitive Impact will not be responsible for any issues related to access if adequate arrangements are not made. 3. **Pet Health and Behavior:** Client represents that their pet(s) is/are in good health and fully vaccinated. Client agrees to inform Pawsitive Impact of any behavioral or health concerns regarding their pet(s) prior to the commencement of services. 4. **Safety Measures:** Pawsitive Impact agrees to take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the pet(s) during walks. This includes but is not limited to using appropriate leashes, avoiding dangerous areas, and maintaining control over the pet(s) at all times. 5. **Liability:** Pawsitive Impact agrees to carry liability insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents that may occur during the provision of services. However, Pawsitive Impact will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to Client's property or pet(s) unless it is a result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Pawsitive Impact. 6. **Payment:** Client agrees to pay Pawsitive Impact the agreed-upon fee for services rendered. Payment is due weekly or monthly. Late payments may incur additional fees. 7. **Termination:** Either party may terminate this Agreement with 24 hours written notice to the other party. Any outstanding payments are due upon termination of services.
