Board and Train Program Consultation
Service Description
Schedule a consultation with Pawsitive Impact for our Board and Train Program, where we will go over the intake form, contract, meet your dog, and determine the best start date and program length to fit your dog's needs. 25% of the program cost will be due at contract signing during the consultation. The remainder will be due on the start date of the program. Clients are accepted on a case by case basis. Please be as detailed as possible when filling out the application. Double check your contact info before submitting. We will contact you within 24 hours. Your dog must be at least 9 months old to be accepted. They must be in good health and up to date on vaccinations. Your dog does not need to be spayed or neutered to be eligible for the program.
Cancellation Policy
- Dog's Health and Vaccinations: Client warrants that Dog is up-to-date on all vaccinations required by law and is in good health. Client agrees to provide proof of vaccinations and current health certificate from a licensed veterinarian for Dog. Trainer reserves the right to refuse service if Dog does not meet health requirements. - Client Responsibilities: Client agrees to provide accurate information about Dog's history, health, temperament, and behavior. Client agrees to notify Trainer immediately of any changes in Dog's health or behavior. Client agrees to pick up Dog at the scheduled time on the completion date. Client agrees to attend a final review and follow-up training sessions. Client agrees to practice exercises at home. Client agrees to schedule final review and follow up sessions 1 week in advance. Client agrees to complete the follow up session within 30 days of the completion date. Client agrees to provide a vet with a credit card on file in case of emergency. - Trainer Responsibilities: Trainer agrees to provide a safe and secure environment for Dog. Trainer agrees to provide Dog with food, water, shelter, and exercise. Trainer agrees to administer basic obedience training and address specific behaviors outlined in the Agreement for Dog. Trainer agrees to communicate regularly with Client regarding Dog's progress. Updates will be provided every Friday or every 7 days via text or email. Trainer agrees to notify the Client of any health issue or emergencies and to take Dog to the clients vet Trainer agrees to administer any medication Dog is prescribed. - Liability and Disclaimer: Trainer is not responsible for any injury, illness, or death of Dog that occurs during the program unless caused by Trainer's negligence. Client agrees to hold Trainer harmless from any liability for such occurrences. Trainer cannot guarantee specific results, as each dog learns at its own pace. - Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon breach of agreement, overly aggressive behavior towards trainer, emergency or health issue regarding trainer, dog develops health issues. In the event of termination, prorated refunds will be issued based on services rendered. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations more than 72 hours before start date receive a full refund. Less than 72 hours receive a 70% refund
